Welcome to the Brüjitsu Grappling Club. Here the spirit of grappling flows as freely as the knowledge we share and the skills we hone. Our training sessions blend the dominance and explosiveness of wrestling and the strategic finesse of Jiu-Jitsu. Our sessions are designed to sharpen our members grappling skills while also breaking down the “why” of each of our movements. Whether practicing takedowns or mastering submissions, our dedicated coaches are here to guide you every step of the way. Our Approach
We at Brüjitsu combine wrestling and jiu-jitsu in training that offers an all around approach to grappling. We start with mastering wrestling’s takedowns, control, and explosiveness, and integrate jiu-jitsu for submissions, ground control, and transitions. We build on the strengths of both disciplines for effective grappling across a wide range of challenges.
